We are looking for a Health Information Representative to provide support services for our physicians. Our multi-specialty medical office is looking for qualified candidates to become part of our healthcare team.

Our practice is patient driven. MAHV is NCQA Certified for Patient Centered Medical Home.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Answering phones, scanning, retrieving patient medical records (outside providers/hospitals/urgent care), and uploading testing results (sleep study chips/fluroscan).
Requirements:
Medical office background required. Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Electronic Medical Record experience a plus. Ability to occasionally travel between offices (Kingston / Poughkeepsie). Knowledge of Medent a plus. Team player with a positive attitude is a must!
