We are looking for a Health Information Representative to help manage patient’s health records and history. Our multi-specialty medical office is looking for qualified candidates to become part of our healthcare team.

Our practice is patient driven. MAHV is NCQA Certified for Patient Centered Medical Home.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Retrieving medical records (outside providers/hospitals/urgent care)
• Answering phones
• Scanning documents
• Electronically importing and uploading records
• Downloading specialty provider reports – Sleep Medicine (c-pap machine usage) , Endocrinology (insulin device usage) and Hand Surgeon  (x-ray images)

Knowledge of Medical Terminology and EMR experience (Medent a plus) preferred. Ability to multitask  and a team player with a positive attitude!
