Medical Associates of the Hudson Valley continues to make strides improving our patient’s experience.

Pre-check in allows patients to provide medical history, demographics, insurance information, and reasons for the visit as well as complete paperwork prior to the visit by using their mobile phone, computer or tablet!

This process reduces wait time in the office and provides your physician with necessary information for your visit ahead of time!

Make sure to look for your patient reminder (text or email) and check in prior to your visit!
